Protect Yourself with Sunscreen

Having fun on the beach, catching a wave, or jogging along the shore are great ways to exercise your body, elevate your spirit, and take in the inherent beauty of the outdoors. As tempting as it may be to get to the water, however, taking time to protect your skin with sunscreen before you do can make your time in the water and in the sun thoroughly fun and beneficial.
